● Always address others about unsafe behaviour. We use a system of verbal warnings with yellow and red cards.
● In the event of a verbal warning, the name of the employee concerned will be registered.
● In the event of a yellow card, a letter to the employer of the person concerned follows. The employer is requested to organise a toolbox meeting on the subject of the violation and to indicate corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence of the violation.
● In the event of a red card, the employee concerned will be asked to leave the site immediately, and a letter will also be sent to the employer.
● The employer is requested to prepare an incident investigation report on the violation, to organize a toolbox meeting on the subject and to define corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
