20. REPORTING DANGEROUS SITUATIONS
● In dangerous situations: first take care of your own safety and of others.
● Report dangerous situations to Sloe contact person and manager. Reporting can be done to the control room via 111 or +31118 77 00 11.
● Always mention:
- 1. Who you are
- 2. What the unsafe situation is
- 3. Where it is located
- 4. When it came into being
● If possible, secure the situation!
● The report report will be discussed with Sloe contact person.
