16. CONFINED SPACES

You may only work in a confined space if {when}:
● 1. The room was released by Sloe Central Operations and after an oxygen measurement has been done;
● 2. A manhole guard and a valid PTW are present;
● 3. The room is equipped with sufficient lighting and continuous oxygen measurement
● 4. It is registered who goes in and out;
● 5. You work with a safe voltage
● 6. The room is closed when you leave it with blockages/facilities present for it.
