11. WORK PERMIT, TRA, LMRA
● The work permit or Permit to Work (PTW) can be picked up at the PTW Office. The PTW contains conditions and agreements to be able to carry out the work safely.Take the time to go through the PTW (together).
● For work with specific hazards, a Task Risk Analysis (TRA) may be necessary. Perhaps additional measures should be taken to carry out the work safely. Think of hot work, hoisting, or working in ATEX areas.
● Before the start of the work, you will carry out an LMRA, a Last Minute Risk Analysis, to identify and eliminate any unforeseen risks.
● The LMRA is carried out at the workplace. If several people work on one permit, the foreman fills in the LMRA.
